Series LYSI mixturae siliconis (mixturae siloxani) est formula granulata cum polymero siloxano ponderis molecularis altissimi 20~65% disperso in variis resinis. Late adhibetur ut additivum efficax processus in systemate resinae compatibili ad proprietates processus emendandas et qualitatem superficiei modificandam.

Comparando cum additivis siliconicis/siloxanis minoris ponderis molecularis, ut oleo siliconico, fluidis siliconicis, vel aliis generibus adiuvantium processus, pulvis siliconici SILIKE meliora commoda in proprietate processus et qualitate superficiei productorum finalium modificanda exspectatur, exempli gratia, minore lapsu cochlearum, meliore liberatione formae, reductione salivationis e forma, minore coefficiente frictionis, paucioribus difficultatibus picturae et impressionis, et latiore ambitu facultatum functionis. Series NM mixturarum magistralium anti-abrasionis SILIKE praecipue ad industriam calceamentorum elaborata est. Nunc quattuor genera habemus quae respective apta sunt solis calceamentorum EVA/PVC, TPR/TR, RUBBER et TPU. Parva additio earum resistentiam abrasionis producti finalis efficaciter augere et valorem abrasionis in thermoplasticis diminuere potest. Efficax est ad probationes abrasionis DIN, ASTM, NBS, AKRON, SATRA, GB.

Magistra mixtura anti-stridoris Silike est polysiloxanum speciale quod praeclaram et permanentem vim anti-stridoris partibus PC/ABS minore pretio praebet. Cum particulae anti-stridoris per mixturam vel iniectionem formandam incorporentur, non opus est gradibus post-processus qui celeritatem productionis tardant. Interest ut magistra mixtura SILIPLAS 2070 proprietates mechanicas mixturae PC/ABS conservet, inter quas typicam resistentiam ad impactum. Libertate designandi amplificata, haec nova technologia fabricatoribus autocinetorum originalium (OEM) et omnibus vitae generibus prodesse potest. Olim, propter post-processum, designatio partium complexarum difficilis vel impossibilis fiebat ad plenam post-processus coberturam assequendam. Contra, additiva siliconis non indigent designum modificare ad vim anti-stridoris optimizandam. SILIPLAS 2070 Silike est primum productum in nova serie additivorum siliconis anti-stredoris, quae apta esse potest autocinetis, vecturae, usoribus privatis, constructioni et instrumentis domesticis.

Parva eius dosis proprietates processus et qualitatem superficiei significanter emendare potest, inter quas COF minuendum, momentum extrusoris inferiorem, celeritatem lineae extrusionis augendam, resistentiam scalpturae et abrasionis diuturnam, et superficiem excellentem cum tactu bono.
